Zimmermann has been supplying the European car enthusiast with OE-quality brake disks for over 50 years. Zimmermann brake disks are known for their design, dimensional accuracy and quality materials. The manufacturer has followed the OE brake design and also offers the Coat Z rotors which are zinc-coated to prohibit the formation of rust at the hub and the outer diameter of the rotor and ensure an improved, consistent and attractive appearance of the rotor once mounted. Zimmermann X-drilled rotors are also available for certain applications. 



Zimmermann has been performing inertia dynamometer tests and driving tests together with TÜV NORD Mobilität GmbH & Co. KG on an ongoing basis. In all the brake discs tested it was found, third-country products wear and fail considerably faster. The Zimmermann brake disc and the original product therefore have a significantly longer life expectancy.

The thermo-mechanical deformation of the Zimmermann brake disc matches the original brake rotor.
